"We give the way a teacher teaches — not to everyone who asks, but to those we know, trust, and have walked alongside."
— Panicker Family Foundation
Our Process

Relationships before grants.

1

Identify

We discover organisations through direct field visits, trusted networks, and partner referrals — not through grant applications.

2

Visit

Before any grant, a family member or trusted representative visits the organisation in person.

3

Fund

Grants are made directly to the organisation, with clear disbursement timelines and reporting requirements.

4

Stay

We do not give once and move on. We maintain long-term relationships with our grantees and monitor impact year over year.

Q: Can I apply for a grant?

No. We do not accept applications. If you believe your organisation aligns with our mission, you are welcome to reach out — but we will reach you when the time is right.

Q: What types of grants?

We fund educational programmes, teacher development, infrastructure, and operational costs for schools serving underserved children in India.

Q: What is the grant size?

We do not publish grant amounts. Each grant is tailored to the grantee's specific, verified needs.

Q: How often do you give?

We make giving decisions annually, informed by field visits and reporting from existing grantees.

A conversation is where every relationship begins.

We are always open to hearing from educators, community leaders, and fellow philanthropists who share our values.
